Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager will work with our clients to help to ensure the highest level of success in marketing their products. The primary role will be to manage all client activities and act as a liaison between GiddyUp and the clients to maximize growth and minimize risk. The Client Success Manager has an important role driving success for GiddyUp and their clients.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 

1) Working with new Clients to establish marketing campaign

  • Responsible for setting up all Basecamp projects/tasks for on-boarding new Clients to ensure timely and full completion of all necessary activities required for a successful campaign launch
  • Monitor on-boarding progress and keep communication open with Clients and internal teams
  • Ensure appropriate solutions are developed for any issues that arise during the set-up of the initial campaign
 

2) Effective communications with Client through campaign lifecycle

  • Negotiate Commission/Sales Cap/Creative Budget/Loss Pool required by GiddyUp internal teams for on-going campaign success. This requires a balance between GiddyUp and Client’s needs to ensure both parties are receiving value.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide periodic updates to Clients. Ensure that all Clients’ campaign performance questions are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Update campaign sales targets/commissions as needed with new Insertion Orders
  • Communicate sales cap limits and commissions changes to Directors of Campaign Operations and Publishing
  • Follow-up with Clients on late payments if non-responsive to finance team
  • Communicate the pausing or stopping of campaigns due to underperformance

3) Liaison between Client and GiddyUp

  • Communicate with internal team regarding current campaign performance
  • Work with internal teams to identify improvements to increase overall campaign performance and profitability
  • Communicate with client if performance can’t be improved with current campaign
  • Work with clients to communicate any campaign changes and optimization strategies
  • Obtain client approval for creative updates and campaign improvements
  • Communicate with client if performance can’t be improved with current campaign

Affiliate Manager
The Affiliate Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved with affiliate publishing of GiddyUp advertising campaigns. He/she will work closely with the Director of Publishing, Sales Team and Management to ensure success for both the affiliate and advertiser.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 

The main responsibilities for the Affiliate Manager are -

  1. Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues
  2. Manage numerous clients through daily email/Skype/phone interactions
  3. Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback to advertiser team
  4. Supply creative packages, links and reporting to affiliates as needed
  5. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
  6. Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
  7. Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns

Campaign Manager
The primary role of the Campaign Manager is to support the diverse portfolio of Internet marketing campaign initiatives, tasks, and technical issue resolution within the Giddyup network. As a Campaign Manager you will work closely with the campaign operations, optimization, creative, sales and network teams in ongoing support of projects.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Become the technical expert of CAKE affiliate management platform
  • Execute placement of tracking pixels to meet reporting goals
  • Communicate reporting requirements to website developers
  • Setup Split Tests within our CAKE affiliate management platform
  • Identify and troubleshoot tracking and reporting issues related to confirmation pixels (e.g. iframe, POSTBACK, JavaScript, and image pixels)

Senior Conversion Marketing Strategist
Position open to: Ventura, CA | Ft. Lauderdale, FL offices
Reports to: Marketing Director
 
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all initiatives geared towards increasing conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value for all of our clients.
  • Transform data insights into strategic executable recommendations.
  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance and iterate, as needed, to improve the conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with the Dir. Campaign Operations and Marketing Director to strategize, plan and execute numerous A/B and multivariate tests for all GiddyUp clients.

GiddyUp is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist who has a passion for ecommerce, and more specifically, new innovative products/services. This position will play a crucial role in positioning our clients’ products/services the right way, to the right people, because they have a deep understanding of their target customers and how their products and services fulfill their target market’s needs.

As the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be a leader on the team responsible for crafting the digital strategy, funnel development, and ad development for all new launches. You will be expected to not only drive the positioning of our clients’ products/service, but also deliver that strategy with seamless content that will drive immediate ROI and meet the campaign’s target KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform market research for the most innovative products and services in the world and develop a conversion marketing brief with all insights and findings.
  • Analyze client’s previous/current campaigns, customer analytics, and digital strategy to fully understand the current landscape, what to leverage and how to improve.

This person would ideally be a creative genius with producer’s gift for generating ideas for cool new products in every vertical including: tech gadgets, food products, health and beauty, education, real estate. These videos will receive HEAVY distribution with most of our video content receiving over 1 Million views in a short period of time.

Responsibilities
  • Developing ideas for original videos that show each product’s unique features and benefits.
  • Filming, editing, and producing short/snackable video content (as well as some long form content) across all social media and advertising platforms.
  • Coordinating (scouting locations, setting up shoots, gathering b-roll, etc.), shooting, editing, encoding, and uploading 10-20 short videos per month.
  • Overseeing audio quality and lighting, both in studios and on-location.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing action-generating copy for a wide a variety of projects including landing pages, advertorials/pre-sell pages, Facebook ads, video scripts, promotional emails, online banners, and SEO content pieces. You will also take part in developing the overall marketing and sales strategies for our clients’ innovative products and services.

The ultimate goal of this position is to convert new visitors into customers, by writing compelling copy that persuades them to buy a specific product or fill out a form before leaving our client’s landing pages.
